Group Therapy

For Whom: 

  • Adults (21+) in CA who identify as gay and male

Purposes:

  • Receive and give support
  • Increase compassion for yourself and others
  • Co-create a safe space for gay men to be seen and to see others

Cost: 

  • $75 per meeting, paid monthly

Time commitment: 

  • 1hr 45 min weekly

Size: 

  • Limited to 6-8 group members

Group Structure

We begin each meeting with a weekly check in (2-3 minutes per member). From there, I will facilitate the group to the group’s and individual needs based on the check ins and the group’s input. Topics covered in these sorts of groups could include relationships, work stress, friendships, coming out experiences, sex, gay history, current world events, family relationships, cultural heritage, and physical and mental health.
