For licensed and pre-licensed therapists interested in the IFS model

Purposes:

• Experiential learning of the IFS model
• Free up energy, compassion, & perspective in your personal and professional life
• Access more of your own self-understanding and self-compassion
• Get to know parts of your own internal system

Where:

• Simple Practice telehealth platform, (I am in PST).

• Specialties of LGBTQ issues, relationship issues, work stress, and childhood trauma
• Supervisor to pre-licensed therapists 
• Crisis Clinic Social Worker 2016-2019
• MSW from Sac State 2016

My IFS Training

• IFSCA Stepping Stones Training in 2021; 50+ hrs; equivalent to IFSI level 1 training
• Ongoing biweekly IFS consult group run by approved IFS consultant; from January 2022
• Ongoing weekly individual and group peer consultation with other IFS therapists
